Ok, Sure.....I know it is TUESDAY and this is called Menu Plan MONDAY. But hey, I live on the wild side!
Well, as is typical in my world.....we are living in AMANDA time. Which means, I typically plan more then I can do in a day and so some things have no choice but get bumped despite my best intentions.
Sorry.
So, without further ado.........here is this week's menu plan:
Monday - Chili (trying a new chili recipe that is supposed to be better for you from the Eating for Life cookbook)
Tuesday - Curry Chicken with Broccoli (Was supposed to have this last week but didn't get a chance to make it)
Wednesday - Sheppard's Pie
Thursday - Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli
Friday - Spaghetti
Saturday - Pot Roast (Also got bumped last week)
Sunday - Hushia (Also got bumped last week - Recipe to be posted later this week)
As you can see. The menu plan is a guide to help you with your shopping and planning throughout the day and week. However, as life throws you curve balls I change it as needed or if you have a creative moment (like great weather on Sunday and wanted to barbecue instead) and want to try something new I can make adjustments as needed. But by doing this you save money at the grocery store and you avoid the what-are-we-going-to-have-for-supper dilemma at 5pm.
