I wish I could slow time down a bit. I knew that the time that Dakota is a baby is brief and so I have been doing my best to soak in all of the baby moments that I know will pass in the blink of an eye.
Jody has warned me that it would be sad when one by one the "baby stuff" disappeared. And so I thought I was prepared.......
This is what Dakota normally does in her papasan chair......
But has now progressed to this......
Most likely because she studies everything big sister does!
And so, it is bitter sweet. Because I am proud of all that she can do already. But sad because the first of my baby items is now outgrown and one by one each baby item will slowly (or not so slowly) be disappearing from our home(sigh).
