Well, after taking a week .....ok.....nearly two weeks off from working out I am back in the saddle sort of speak!
My arms were like wet noodles afterward so I am pretty sure that this workout was effective.
Like the last video, it is a different workout each week. But I guess I am going to have to listen to the "instructions" since this video only has 3 workouts (the last one had 4) I am kinda assuming that you do the final workout for 2 weeks in a row but I am just guessing.
Anyway., I will let you know how this one goes!
